We also experience that the browser Safari for the Mac Os X platform has problems playing quicktime content.
It is quite frustrating since all our multimedia matereal is produced in quicktime format. We are working on it, but in the meantime you mac people could use mozilla firefox (www.mozilla.com/firefox/) or just ctrl-click and download linked file to view our content.
